Model Success is an education and support service in Melbourne Australia for young women entering or working in the model industry. It was born out of model Joanna Sherwell's own experience of working as a model and noticing the lack of a support system where models could access information and advice, in an industry that so desperately needed it.

Model Success offers one on one or group training for new to experienced models, with a strong focus on the physical and mental health of young women entering or working in the industry, and a structured and holistic approach to modelling. Designed by Joanna specifically for models, Model Success products and services are a thorough exploration of model industry practice and safety, health and fitness, freelance and agency modelling, self esteem and body image, finance and time management, as well as focusing on how to use modelling as a stepping stone to other goals and dreams in life.

Why? Because they believe that modelling can be perceived as an industry where young women may develop an unhealthy self image, disordered eating habits, a superficial view of their career goals, or become victims of 'scams'. They believe this is quite the opposite of what modelling should and can do for young women- create strong self esteem and confidence, an educated and healthy approach to eating and exercise, financial management skills which set them up for their future, and an entrepreneurial 'I make things happen for myself!' attitude to life.

Model Success products include their Model Success Guide 85 page book on how to be successful in modelling, Model Workshops, and one on one Model Coaching to help young models improve their skills and approach to modelling.
