Fever - Catch the Heatwaves. That is the tag line that will
become synonymous with the Lexmark Indy 300, heralding a new chapter
in the success of the annual Gold Coast showpiece. A new Naming
Rights sponsor in Lexmark, a new Event logo, a host of new Champ Car
teams and drivers, a fresh new 'brand image.
The Champ Cars will once
again set the streets of Surfers Paradise alight as they reach
speeds in excess of 300km/hr. Joining them will be The V8 Supercars,
racing as a round of the Championship in the Gillette V8 Supercar
Challenge. As well, there will be all the action and excitement of
stunt shows, support racing, and the SEA FM Airshow, promising that
this year's Lexmark Indy 300 is the biggest and best ever...from
October 23 to 26, 2003.
Tickets for the Lexmark Indy 300 are now on sale
through Ticketek on phone 1300 303 103. Prices start at just $28.00
(incl. GST) for a Thursday General Admission ticket, while a
four-day flexi ticket will cost $142.00 (incl. GST).

One of the highlights leading up to and during the Lexmark Indy 300 is the Bartercard Miss Indy contest.
Single girls, 18 and over from all parts of Australia and New Zealand each year vie for the right to be crowned Bartercard Miss Indy. With that comes great prizes and a profile that can lead to range of exciting new career opportunities.
Heats are conducted between June and September with the winners gathering on the Gold Coast during the pre-race week in October for judging and the big announcement.
